By accessing or using SalesCoach AI (“the Service”), operated by SalesCoach AI (“we,” “us,” or “our”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

SalesCoach AI is a sales coaching platform that records, transcribes, and analyzes sales calls using artificial intelligence. The Service includes automated meeting bot attendance, AI-powered call scoring, team analytics, and related features.

3. Account Registration

To use the Service, you must create an account using Google OAuth. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must provide accurate and complete information during registration.

4. Subscriptions and Billing

SalesCoach AI offers paid subscription plans. By subscribing, you agree to pay the applicable fees as described on our pricing page. Subscriptions are billed monthly and renew automatically unless canceled. You may cancel your subscription at any time through the billing settings in your account.

Free trials, when offered, allow you to use the Service without charge for the specified trial period. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your subscription will begin and you will be charged.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Record calls without the consent of all participants where required by law
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its systems
• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code of the Service
• Use the Service in a way that could damage, disable, or impair it
• Resell or redistribute the Service without our written consent

6. Recording Consent

You are solely responsible for obtaining all necessary consents from call participants before recording. SalesCoach AI provides the technology to record meetings; compliance with applicable recording consent laws (including two-party consent jurisdictions) is your responsibility. Our meeting bot identifies itself upon joining a call.

7. Data and Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the Service, you consent to the collection and use of your data as described in the Privacy Policy.

8. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its original content, features, and functionality, is owned by SalesCoach AI and is protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Your call recordings and transcripts remain your property.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SalesCoach AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that AI-generated coaching insights, scores, or recommendations are accurate or complete. They are intended as supplementary tools, not professional advice.

11. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. You may export your data before termination upon request.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify you of significant changes by posting a notice on the Service or sending you an email. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
